Andrea Kutsenkow
Archival Consultant
Andrea Kutsenkow joined the Kaish Family Art Project as an archival consultant in 2017. Her research and preservation of Luise and Morton Kaish’s archival collections laid the groundwork for the 2021 monograph Luise Kaish; An American Art Legacy and are now used by scholars globally to further the legacies of both artists.
In addition to her work at KFAP, Andrea has promoted the accessibility and transparency of archival materials through her lecturing and work with other major institutions and companies, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Estée Lauder, the Vilcek Foundation, Pace Gallery, AFS Intercultural Programs, and New York University. She earned her Master’s in Archives and Public History at New York University in 2017 and her Master’s in the History of Art and the Art Market (Modern and Contemporary Art) from Christie’s Education, New York in 2013.
