Sarah McCollum Williams
Executive Director
Sarah McCollum Williams joined the Kaish Family Art Project at its founding. The former Deputy Director of the National Academy Museum & School, she brings diverse experiences as a museum, marketing, and publishing professional. At the National Academy, Sarah led a key strategic planning initiative to energize and increase visibility for the school of fine arts. She established a partnership with the Google Cultural Institute for digitizing and creating free public access to highlights from the Academy’s permanent collection of American art --- the fourth largest in the world.
Prior to her tenure at the Academy, Sarah worked with a broad roster of clients, including Xerox and Lilly Pulitzer. While working for these brands, she performed comprehensive market research, developed customer engagement strategies and created brand books, advertisements and web platforms. A former publishing entrepreneur, Sarah built and managed a creative team to develop and publish several books that garnered prominent placement in Barnes & Noble stores throughout the Southeast.
