Art Cart Exhibition Extended

In the fall of 2015, Morton Kaish was invited to be a featured artist in a project called Art Cart, aimed at partnering graduate students with professional artists to document and preserve their work. The project is sponsored by The Research Center for Arts and Culture, whose activities are supported by the Smithsonian. Oral histories and records of each artist's work are now preserved at Columbia University.

The culmination of a year of effort and involvement is an exhibition called Art Cart: Honoring the Legacy, on view September 15 - October 26, 2016, and now extended through December 11, 2016.

The show features work by 10 contemporary artists, including Morton Kaish.
